Job Description:	•Create periodic sales strategies and sales target achievement methodologies. •Lead and monitor sales team to evaluate the sales strategies arid sales potential to meet the desired sates goals. •Work closely with marketing team to develop an effective sales and marketing plan.
Job Qualification:	•Educational requirement is a minimum MBA / Masters in Marketing from a recognized University at home or abroad. •The applicant must be an achiever with high self motivation and challenge seeker. •The applicant needs to have a minimum of 5 years experience in handling office Automation or IT products or technology products with demonstrated Success. •The applicant also needs to have the ability to lead a team, good interpersonal skills, excellent spoken and written communication skills, and highly skilled business knowledge, the ability to make sales forecasts and sales analysis and most importantly have the desire to meet organizational sales goals.
