Job Description:
Maintain personnel record and other documents of all fulltime employees, consultants and contractors. Ensure that development and performance reviews are conducted according to schedule , in collaboration with department heads and supervisors. Assist with processes of recruitment, selection and placement of staff. Assess staff concerns on compensation packages and initiate periodic review and revision. Provide employee orientation for all newly hired staff. Maintain leave records of local staff in consultation with Finance department. Regularly review and update policy and meeting logbook Counseling and advising on personal or career related matters. Liaison with department heads on the development of up-to-date Job Description. Arrange all kinds of training needed of the employee to make them effective capital for the company. Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time. To follow up & monitor ISO related works and its implementation
Job Qualification:
Post Graduate degree from recognized University. PGDPM/PGDHRM degree will be given preference. 5 years managerial experience in General administration, personnel management, development and implement of HR strategy and career planning procedure etc.
