IOM has two types of Annual Service contract.
1. Premium Service
2. Express Service
Premium Service:
Annual Service contract (does not cover the cost of parts):
Service includes fixing software problem, installation of software, format hard disk, free hardware installation, connectivity with the network while diagnosis means checking up and identifying fault of the machine Under this Service Contract, IOM will Provide Diagnostic and repair Service free of cost. Customers are liable to purchase the spare parts (if required) either from IOM or from any other source. For spare parts purchased from IOM, client will enjoy a discount on the normal selling price of the spare part Under this Service contract, upon receiving a call from the client, response time of IOM's System Engineer will be 5 hours from the time a call is received by the IOM service department. IOM Engineers will attend a maximum of 24 calls within the contracted period. Additional calls will be charged at the prevailing rate. Customers under premium service contract will enjoy a 5% discount on all spare parts purchased from IOM.
Express Service:

Additional calls will be charged at the prevailing rate. Customers under premium service contract will enjoy special price on all spare parts purchased from IOM.
